Zdravim, mam Volvo V50 2.0D 100kW r.2007 euro4 s nasledovnym problemom: kazdych cca 350-450km (v zavislosti od spotreby po spalenych cca 25l) sa cisti filter pevnych castic (co je automaticka funkcia), presne v tom istom cykle pri zosliapnuti plynoveho pedala nastane totalna strata vykonu, akoby odpojenie (safety mod), pricom na diagnostike nie je nic vidiet, je cista. Filter pevnych castic DPF je vymeneny, servisny interval DPF vynulovany, ale problem sa opakuje ... cistiaci interval pozorujem ako jemne trhanie pri ustalenych otackach a dvojnasobne zvysenou okamzitou spotrebou, ak v tomto momente potrebujem akcelerovat, nastane totalna strata vykonu. Letna priemerna spotreba je 6,3 zimna 6,9 l/100km.

Samozrejme vo Volvo servisoch mi nevedia poradit (Trencin, Zvolen, ...).

Stretol sa niekto s podobnym problemom, resp. pozorujete podobne chovanie?

Za vším vidím EGR ;).... nic tě to nebude stát, tak to vyzkoušej. Ucpi vývod do EGR, odpoj ho od elektroniky a uvidíš, jestli to bude dělat dál. Mám taky 2007, takže odpojením nic nepo.. a aouto ti v pohodě pojede.

ak nie je DPF, tak mozno. ale s filtrom to ide do nudzoveho rezimu.
presvecte ma o opaku a hned v sobotu to idem urobit.

jelikož tady máme důkáz , Erdu , který tehdy odpojil a ucpal EGR , aby mohl chvilku jezdit než mu přišel nový , a najednou mohl jezdit bez problemu a ani mu to na displeji nic nevyhodilo , žádný nouzák , tak by to mělo jít . Jedině kde se to určitě objeví je až na diagnostice .
Ještě je otázka na Erdu kolik na to tak tehdy najel ?? Nebo to máš pořád zaslepený ??

wrbics: ted tam uz mam novy, ale na zaslepenem jsem najel Makarska a zpet, plus neco doma. Tzn. cca 2500 km. Mam v planu to opet zadelat, ale nejak se mi to nechce kuchat> ten mechanik ten novy utesnil pastou na vyfuky:) kterou by mezi ty plisky pak nebylo spatne taky pridat.

na pajere som to zrobil hned druhy den co som ho mal. ide to lepsie od spodu a nesvini mi to sanie sadzami a hlavne to nic nehlasi.

niekde som sa docital, ze by to mohlo ist u nas okaslat tak, ze sa vyvrta mala dierka do zaslepky aby si mohol snimac brat nejake udaje o tlaku a
tym nevyhadzovat chyby. tak neviem.

Zdravim pani, diky moc za prispevky :roll:

Zatial som nic neucpaval, ale posledny vikend som rozobral (poriadna Copperfieldovina) a vycistil EGRko, spetne potrubie a chladic vyfukovych plynov (aspon v ramci moznosti). Nebudem si vymyslat, poviem rovno ze to vypadalo jak stary fabricky komin. EGR klapka sice chodila, ale uplne nakonci sa tiahlo vracalo velmi pomaly, po vycisteni klapky a rozbehani spetneho mechanizmu (pruzina ...) sa klapka zatvarala tak rychlo az vydavala zvuk pri dosadnuti.
Uvidim ci problem aspon na cas prestane, ak nie, aspon zistim ci idem spravnou cestou ...

Diky, dam vediet ako to dopadlo ;)
